Made a largish purchase using rewardlover.com referral. Did not receive any cashback. I've emailed them three times about the missing cashback. No response whatsoever.

The absolute worst cashback company in the business! They refuse to answer any emails yet always say they will get back to you in two days. They are a joke! Does anyone know how to lodge a formal complaint against them?

Horrible customer service, no replies to emails..It doesn't matter if they give you 100% Cash Back if you never get the money. I will stick with the ebates and price-rank they both seem to have the best customer service

i think this site is a total scam. i bought a $500 audio interface from a music store and it didn't show up on my account at rewardlover. i emailed them and they ignore my emails. i will always use fatwallet or some other rewards program in the future.
