I have attempted to contact their customer support via e-mail and facebook for over 2 weeks with no response what so ever. I am starting to think this cashback site is a fraud. STAY AWAY

It takes a while for cashback rewards to be verified but I have gotten my first withdrawal already! Matt on 2021-05-20 Been using MaxRebates for a while now, found offers from SSense and Coach with a higher rate than tpc and rakuten. Works great, the drawback is that it takes 90 days to get the cashback.
Jeffrey Kennedy on 2021-05-07 Appears to be a scam. Customer service unresponsive! I have been waiting on $124 rebate from an eBay purchase back in January. According to their website, it should have gone to payable at 90 days. It did not. Six, seven messages sent to customer service. No one has bothered to respond. I am initiating a Better Business Bureau complaint. Not hopeful based on the other reviews here.
