David Plummer on 2024-10-24 NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! Unless you like spending all your time auditing your purchases and tracking every single cash back offering, this is a horrible operation. It is all bait-and-switch. Recently, they had a 20% cash back with CalvinKlein. I had to, yet again, file a missing cash back claim. Now, they are confirming just a 3% cash back. In 2 years, I have had to initiate 7 separate missing cash back claims.
So I ask what is the point if I have to monitor them every single time and fight to get what they SAY they are offering. It is all bait-and-switch.
Joseph on 2024-07-09 Placed an order via topcashback, empty cart, ordered was placed within minutes of click through, no other coupons - all legit. Order immediately showed up in click history with proper cashback amount, a day later amount goes to zero. Order was received and not returned, vendor confirmed that commission was paid out yet topcashback is refusing to pay.
Wm on 2024-02-22 DO NOT USE. Disabled my account after only emailing in legitimate feedback. NO policy or terms violation. Wrote a review and they said they would look into it. Kept the account disabled after waiting and gave no other option besides taking them to court. DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR YEARS. Absolutely horrid and disgusting
Mark on 2022-10-05 Pretty good rate for most of the stores. It tracks easily. I have a hard time tracking sams club or home depot through here, though. So for those two stores I use another site. The other con is that you have to keep logging in once a year in order to not lose your cashback.

They will match the rebates from 5 other Rebate sites if you file a request after your purchase posts. One does not need to have a Smart Phone to get a code in order to redeem your Rebate like some other Rebate Sites. If I have a problem they have gone to Bat for me and gotten my Rebates.
